Other Important Info!

  • $100 will hold your date. $50 deposit for mini sessions. Please contact me via email, chat or phone call to discuss the date and time you would like to book your session. Though the deposit is non-refundable, I understand that sometimes our Texas Weather can get in the way of your booked session for outdoor / on-location shoots. In that case, I will re-schedule your photo session at no additional charge.



  • When the day of your Portrait Session arrives, we will go through the shoot and I will collect the remaining amount due, after the shoot is complete, for the package you decided on before the day of the shoot.

  • It's not uncommon for someone to purchase one package and upgrade before or during the shoot because they are having so much fun! I also have clients bring extra outfits or ask if we can also shoot that same day in another location. All remaining package balances are collected by either Cash, Paypal, or Credit after we finish on the day of the shoot.

  • All fees include up to 2 people in the portrait (with the exception of Family Portrait Packages, which include up to 4 people). A fee of an additional $25 will be added for each additional person unless otherwise quoted.

  • Deposits are non refundable as they are used to hold the date you book for your portraits.

  • I will contact you before the day of the shoot to go over the plan for the day of the shoot and get any additional feedback you would like to share so that I can help create your portraits as precise and personal as possible.

  • Disclaimer:  When purchasing any portrait package from Shawnessy Ransom Photography, Client(s) agrees that Shawnessy Ransom Photography may use any photograph for publicity purposes that contain images from the portrait session and/or event. Such publicity and advertising may include publication on any Shawnessy Ransom Photography Internet Web Site or other media. In the event that the portrait session is at an event (i.e. wedding), it is the Clients responsibility to inform guests of this and obtain permission from guests if required.
